A client of mine has been experiencing delayed letdown and sometimes no
letdown for a few hours since starting Zoloft for PPD. Has anyone else
seen
this? This is her third child and she says that she had similar problems
with
letdown before while on another antidepressant and quit. Search of the
archives was unsuccessful.

There was a question on the lactnet several months ago about orgasmic
dysfunction and Prozac and whether this affects letdown. To my
knowledge, no one responded. I would treat this like orgasmic
dysfunction which can usually be handled with a dose decrease. Is the
mom stable on the dose she is on? Is she having other side effects?
