I agree that this is the best way to present this info to parents. But, I
also remember what Alan Lucas said several years ago : (paraphrasing)--We do
not need to consider the difference between 2 individuals who may have a
difference of 10 IQ points (not very noticeable,perhaps), but rather the
difference in an entire population that has lost 10 IQ points.
    What potential for human inquiry, exploration and process is lost then?
