Red Book 1997 ed. says Strep of groups other than A or B may result be
associated with invasive disease in newborn infants, older children, and
adults.  UTI, endocarditis, upper and lower RTI and menigitis are principal
clinical syndromes.....Group D is found in GI tract and vagina and can be
pathogens.   Kind of vague, but Amp and gent would probably work on it.
Baby would be followed via CBC & diff and tx if needed - I think :-)
