Kathleen:  Does Lawrence really say "Lipase"? (MY copy of Lawrence was
trashed in a major leak in our house).  If I'm correct, it should say
Lactase; if not, I stand corrected.  I thought it was the enzymatic action
on the lactose that was the issue, but it could be the action on the lipid.
Would someone check and post the correct enzyme since I already posted the
one on Lactase?
