I think it is the PABA we are trying to avoid, plus their skins are
delicate and react to "glop" so easily.  The best is cover the baby,
whether you use clothing or a parasol is up to you.  Actually you'd both
benefit from a parasol.  Those Victorian ladies carried them for a reason -
