BTW:I am very new at this, and I am discovering that compuserve's charges for
receiving internet e-mail limit  my ability to use LACTNET and make the use of
PARENT-L prohibitively expensive.  I am exploring other options: any and all
suggestions for inexpensive e-mail receipt will be gratefully received by
private e-mail.

In response to the question about breastfeeding advocates giving a better gift
at discharge, how about  Motherwear gift certificates, or free issues of New
Beginnings plus partial credit toward purchase of the Womanly Art?  Surely we
can find someone to underwrite something for the breastfeeding moms other than
the formula companies.
