*I* don't, but the doctor does.

This is one of those cases where I am really working hard to support 
the mom and her goals and let her choose how hard to push the doctor.  
It's tough, because I walked with her through the lactation failure 
last time, and saw how hard it hit her and the sequelae for her child.
