I'm not sure what WIC does for moms.  In our area WIC will provide soy milk
into the second year if a baby needs it and will also provide dairy ease to
be added to milk.  I've   also found that 2% milk seems  to be better
toerated by toddlers.   Of course we all  know what is best "milk" for
