I agree with Arly that the most important issue with a baby who is refusing a
bottle when his mother goes back to work is that the baby is "in mourning"
for his mother rather than the need to get milk into the baby.  This issue is
uncomfortable for us and for mothers to deal with, but it is real.  When does
anyone speak for the baby?
