Not being kathy D, still would like to comment :-)
It's thru that most people exept from Western Europeans and North Americans and
!Kung (and perhaps some others) don't drink animal milks other than human milk,
but they do take other foods that will supply them with calcium. If moms that
used to drink milk have to stop doing so they can alter more of their diet to
make sure they get the calcium they need. They'd best consult with a dietician.
