Moclobemide is an atypical MAO inhibitor that still has moderate drug-drug
interactions as with the typical MAO inhibitors.   It is not marketed in the
US probably because this family of antidepressants is so unpopular with
physicians.

In one study of 6 women  0.06% of a single maternal dose was excreted into
human milk within a 24 hour period.

I still would suggest that Zoloft or Paxil would be less hazardous for a
breastfeeding pair.
