I have recently had a 30 week premie go bad. Serious sepsis and lots more.
Is there any research to support to safety (or lack thereof) of "dribbling"
small amounts of breast milk into the babies GI tract when that baby is NPO
for mild reasons or even quite unstable from sepsis or respiratory distress.
The latter group might need a tube.

Thanks.

Jay Gordon
