I have a client who was prescribed reglan by her OB--refused to prescribe domperidone. This is my first client in about 8 years on reglan (they all use domeridone) and I have an OB asking about the dosage. She prescribed a course beginning with 10 mg. titrating up to 30mg for 11 days, then titrating down. This was not long enough--it was helpful, but she needs to be on longer and the OB is willing, but wants to know if there is a different protocol for a longer period on the med. We are thinking she may need another 30 days on the med instead of two weeks. Thanks so much!!
