It occurs to me - for the first time - that we could have a standard report
on positioning and latch.  If we see a quick fix and don't want to write an
individual report, the standard one goes out to the HCP, along with any
handouts we typically use.

That way, the HCP gets educated on this most fundamental issue, and we don't
spend much time doing it.
