Dear Karen,

Asian infant with prolonged jaundice:

Some thoughts (lots of possibilities):  G6PD deficiency, thalassaemia,
Alagille's syndrome, hepatitis, etc. VSD's don't cause jaundice unless
chronic cardiac failure occurs (rare)

Needs medical assessment.
