NO! I couldn't agree more with Valerie.  It is an absolute waste of resources
and funds that could be spent improving the health of our society.   All of
our time and money should be spent supporting mothers breastfeeding, helping
mothers provide milk for milk banking and/or lactoengineering pumped or banked
milk for infants that have true contraindications to breastfeeding.
