Acetazolamide: Safe
Triamcinolone (form of corticosteroid): Safe
Chlorpheniramine: No breastfeeding data (somewhat strange as it is a very
commonly used antihistamine), but should be as safe as any other
antihistamine, especially at 2 mg dose. Observe child for drowsiness or
irritability.
Cyanocobalamin: Should be as safe at 1,000 mcg dose as with 25 mcg dose.
Excess dose in mother will be eliminated by mother and not that much should
reach the breastfed child. Also, at higher doses, percentage absorption
rate of cyanocobalamin tends to be lower (that is, in the mother).
