HMBANA has the following requirements for a milk donor:
"Confirmation of negative serology tests for HIV-1, HIV-2, HTLV 1 ad  
2, Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis C and syphilis and any  
additional screening required by the individual bank (e.g. West Nile  
Virus, Tuberculosis)."
  I am pretty sure you can find this and more on HMBANA's website (www.hmbana.org 
) but I found this info in their latest publication, Guidelines for  
the Establishment and Operation of a Donor Human Milk Bank, 2008.
