You mentioned a heart shaped tongue among a host of other problems (all very
well covered by you) and Pedi said no to clipping.  How does the mom feel
about frenotomy and getting second opinion?  ENT, oral surgeon?

How about the mom try Jean Cotterman's nipple stim for elicitng MER?  I've
actually suggested to a couple of moms lately and it does work (thank you
Jean!)
