In case you hadn't come across the following reference:

Dewey K et al. Growth of breastfed infants from current refernce data: A
pooled analysis of US, Canadian, and European data sets.  Pediatrics
1995;96(3):495-503.
This study looked at 226 infants breastfed for at least 12 months and found
they grew more rapidly in the first 2 months and less rapidly from 3 to 12
months.
