Re Lactation for 2 year old with many medical issues

I have a client that breastfed her now 2 year old for 10 months. Starting at one year Old this child has had many medical issues including digestive, sleep, viruses and many others. She is thinking of re Lactation to possibly help with some of these issues. Can anyone tell me if they had any experience with this to help with a childs medical issues? Can anyone point me to any research on this subject ? Thanks so much for any input!
