I will be taking the IBCLC (if application is approved) this July.  I
have been a LLLL for 10 yrs.  I have many more than the necessary
CEU's/CERP's.  I had planned to take the exam last year and then got too
busy to study, so I had all my information compiled as far as credits
already earned for this years application.  In addition I knew (from
1995) that I might want to take it so I took mostly CERP sessions at the
Chicago LLLI Conference that year.  In addition I have attended the Area
Conferences and LDS's (for many more than 3 yrs but only 3yrs count).
There is a section on the application that shows you how to count your
Leader years as contact hours.
Best of luck in your journey toward IBCLC.  I'm REALLY nervous about
this test!
