I'm sorry to be so stubborn - or is it thick? - but I would really
appreciate it if someone could explain to me in simple terminology: if
mom has C. botulinum *spores* in her bloodstream through wound infection,
is it possible or not (spores too large? something present in BM to kill
spores?) for the spores to pass into BM and thus into baby's
unprotected-as-yet gut and give baby botulism (food-borne) also?
I am certainly with whoever said "why put honey on nipples anyhow?"!!
