I am trying to get my hospital to offer a similar certification bonus
for passing the IBCLC exam as they offer for AWHONN certerfications now.
Does your hospital recognize or offer incentives for passing the IBCLC
exam.  We do about 2,500 deliveries a year.  Located in Maine.  Your
positive responses can help my cause.
     I am a pioneer in the LC field where I work.  Hoping to get more
staff to become certified with $$ incentives from the hospital.  Thanks
