We had a client return the P__I__S__ tubing today for replacement because the
tubing was filled with moisture and two inches of black, fuzzy mold/mildew.

We had previously discussed this moisture issue with M______ and were told
they were aware of it and that it was called molecular humidity. We were
reassured that it would not "grow anything because these are pure water
droplets - they can't carry bacteria, therefore nothing will grow in the
tubing."

It was recommended that the tubing be "blown dry" by setting the P__I__S__ on
maximum and blowing air through the tubing.

We want to inform LCs about this problem so that they can counsel P__I__S__
purchasers appropriately regarding this issue. We have concerns about
potential milk contamination. We have notified M____ of this mold/mildew
problem and urge others to do the same.
