For those of you who are paying for each message incoming, you can condense
messages , having each incoming message be a digested version of the
notes...you may have to transfer the file elsewhere to read it, but that
would save money.

To do this:  Send a message to [log in to unmask]

Blank subject.

Body:  Set Lactnet Digest

That's it. That should do it.

If you don't want ANY acknowledgement of your own messages arriving at
Listserv, to same address send message :

Set Lactnet Noack Norepro
