Jodine,
Thanks for the heads up re trans fats. If you go to Jodine's link re trans
fats, click on the FAQs. It seems that small amounts are ok, but high
amounts found in the diets of those eating lots of baked and processed foods
are problematic. Trans fats MAY contribute to small babies or preterm
births. We should all be eating foods in as natural a state as we can.
