I would love to get some recommendations for favorite researchers,
studies, books, web sites, etc. that can illuminate the seemingly
complex relationship between maternal diet and allergies/sensitivities
in the EBF baby. I have personal experience with this issue
(currently avoiding a short list of foods for my nursling) and it
seems like more mothers are asking me about allergies of late. I'm
under the impression that maternal gut health is a factor and that c/s
babies are at a higher risk for developing allergies, but I would like
to do a more thorough investigation of this subject.

Thanks for any wisdom,

Jessica Claire
