AMEDA EGNELL used to have a snap top type pump kit. The large flange has
worked for some of my mothers with nipples the diameter of a quarter or so.
The only problem is the pressure increases as the cup fills and there is
danger of overflow. If mom's nipples are larger the pump may hurt her nipple
tissue.
