have a 28 wk corrected age 32 week infant with weight loss/slow weight
gain. mom suppying breastmilk. infant requires 30ml/3hr. no chronic lung
disease or heart issues. using human milk fortifier to increase caloies
per ounce to 27. weight gain still slow. sometimes 10grams/day sometimes
a loss. We have talked about hindmilk and fortifying. any ideas? we do
not do creamatocrits.........should we?

baby does show low sodium and receiving nacl supplements. does not
appear to have metabloic acidosis.
