High drug levels may occur when drugs such as fluconazole (or clotrimazole)
are used with cisapride. However, if the mother is not using them on the
nipples, the absorption of these drugs by the mother (from vagina or
elsewhere) is very low. Presumably the baby will not absorb these either,
but the effect may be on absorption of cisapride.

Probably better to wash the medication off, or better yet, use another
medication if these are being used for the nipples.
