I purchased a SELF magazine at the store today because it had a workout
routine I wanted to try, I usually don't purchase this magazine. Anyway
on page 160 is a lovely black and white picture on a baby going towards
a bare breast and nipple with an accompanying article  "Where the Heart
Is" by Leah Hager Cohen.

The first of the article is great, very positive when she is describing
nursing her first child, but when it gets to child number 2 this child
is diagnosed with "human milk - induced colitis" by her doctor!!!!!  She
put on an elim diet but supposedly that does not work so the baby is put
on formula.........

This article is an excerpt from  the forth coming anthology  "The Body",
to be published by Avon Books, June 1999.

If you can get the magazine, its worth reading.
