The interaction to be aware of is: diflucan interacts with  cimetidine,
hydrochlorothiazide, rifampin, warfarin, phenytoin, cyclosporin,
zidovudine, theophylline, terfenadine and oral hypoglycemics.  I'm
uncertain how the 2 antimalarials you mention are related to rifampin.
Rifampin lowers the effectiveness of diflucan.  Hopefully Tom Hale will
check in on this one.
