   I am sure that there is bound to be varing views on this... I have
recently been in another group discussion that indicates the shell used in
england has a m uch wider opening than what we have in the usa and therefore
one would not expect it to work.... interesting thought... kiitie freantz's
book indicated the ones she looked at all have 7/8" opening....one of 12 had
6/8"....

   I lean towards the brit study in feeling that for some woman. the need to
do something is off putting. I prefer to emphasize the importance of a good
first latch with nothing in the mouth prior to breast.  asombination of mind
set and preparation can go a long way.
