This will probably be my last comment on this, since I have said what I
wanted to say, but when we give our feedback to a fellow professional, it
is best, in my opinion, to keep it as feedback, not as personalized attack.

I would view any comments that get personal as inappropriate.  They are
also, as a secondary side effect, ineffective.
