Hello,

I need some input into a difficult decision facing an expectant mom.
I've just been contacted by this mom-to -be who will delivering by C/S on
3/14/01.  She has a psych history for depression and wants to know if
certain medications she is taking are compatible with breastfeeding.  The
meds are Desipramine, Seroquel and Neurontin.  I have looked them up in
Hale and the answer is not clear cut.  I would appreciate any insights from
subscribers to the list and Dr. Hale and Dr. Jack.  You may e-mail the list
or me privately.  Thanks for a quick response.
