Sorry Kathleen, my post on the subject headed off to the list before
I got the latest digest.  I agree it's probably not an appropriate
subject for a professional list, but I must admit I've enjoyed it.
Since we usually tend to post about clients who are having problems,
it's sometimes nice to come across a "cheery" topic.
