For your information

In the past couple of weeks there have been several sudden increases
in the numbers of addresses in our daily error monitoring reports.
The listserv keeps track of all rejected e-mails sent from Lactnet,
for whatever reason. One of the reasons that LN mail is
undeliverable is the mail server's spam filters. Several e-mail types
have figured heavily in the error reports, see below. Since people
with such e-mail addresses may not be receiving their digests, the
purpose of this message is to alert their friends so their friends can
send them a private e-mail advising them of the problem.
We do not know what words in the posts, or even which posts in the
course of a day, are triggering the spam filters. Some of them may
even be reacting to the word 'breast'. 'Nipple' is another possible
candidate. Subscribers with these kinds of e-mails may need to take
action to ensure that Lactnet is recognized as non-spam if they are
interested in following what is posted to the list.

The e-mail suffixes we have noticed a disproportionate number of on
these reports are:
@embarqmail.com
@wideopenwest.com
@bresnan.net
@q.com
