I have a mom with a non-nursing 4 month old  baby who has been pumping so
he can have EBM.  She has a fantastic supply.   A couple weeks ago she
began taking 3 capsules of goldenseal 3x daily.  After 3 days,  her
supply was cut by at least 1/3rd.  She stopped & increased her daily
pumpings.  The supply was back  after 2 days.
