Dear Frank J. Nice - with the greatest respect, if the father/husband would
take the time and trouble to come with his wife to see the LC then it would
be possible to take a "full" history.

... And we could go even further with this, and get into definitions of just
*who* is our client? ...  And whether what matters is what actually happened
or what the mother (the one who is breastfeeding) *perceives* happened ...
just a thought or two ...
