Due to a Breast injury while lactating, I have become suseptable to Plugged
Ducts, about one per month.  Only while taking Lecithin do I not experience
this.  After starting Lecithin, I had one more PD, then no more until I went
off Lecithin.  After restarting, I had one more PD, then am free from PD so
far.  New BF Answerbook, pg 424 talks about dosing.

OB had ultrasound performed on site of injury, and nothing abnormal was
found.  Just Enlarged ducts!
