I recommend nonstick wound pads such as Telfa or Curad (for those in the USA). They are not breast pads. They can be found in the wound-care section of pharmacies, such as for burns. They can be cut to fit, so that one pad can last longer. I suggest changing them at least twice a day, more often if saturated with milk.
