Hi everyone!

I had a mom who got sick after something she ate didn't agree with her.
She had pumped after she ate but before she got sick. She wanted to
know if it was ok to give the baby the expressed milk. I wasn't sure
and told her so, but thought it better safe than sorry to dump it and
just nurse the baby later. She sent me a note later telling me her dr
told her it was ok and not to worry.
Any problems with e-coli? Or will the milk kill these off and any thing
else that made the mom ill?

Thanks for any responses!!(Has Spring sprung anywhere yet? Certainly
not here in Central Illinois-although today we got rain instead of
snow.) Wishing everyone a Blessed Easter!! Julie Miller, BC
