> Dear Sarah,

I am curious if you have tried muscle testing or NAET. I am not sure what I "feel" about this sort of therapy, but we have an internal medicine physician that specializes in this here in my area, and when I am stumped, I refer to him. I'll be honest that most of my clients think it is "weird." They'll often say, "I don't know what he did, but it worked!" Sure doesn't hurt anything.

Is this child liable to suffer vitamin deficiencies, as my supervisor fears? Is there any data on the makeup of breastmilk and its ability to provide sufficient nutrients for a 1+ year old? My supervisor is leaning toward recommending a breastmilk fortifier that is hypoallergenic, but I'm ambivalent.
