Many of us are are concerned about the censorship and anti-breastfeeding
bias shown by the BBC World Service when Morgan Gallagher was prevented from
sharing factual information about improper infant formula preparation
increasing the risk of infant mortality in developing countries. It is
ironic that the programme in which she was invited to speak is called "Have
your say."
