Ah but then Medela, it seems, are also breaching the Code. Other options? It 
is not the product that is the problem (ie the fact that Ross sells formula 
is not relevent), it's the marketing. What to do when all players are acting 
in breach of the Code (and therefore, by my definition, unethically)?
