Mom could use a nursing supplementer (supply line) at breast. I would check
baby's oral anatomy to see if there is tongue-tie or something, which in my
experience, can lead to mom's milk not coming in due to ineffective
suckling. I would also recommend mom see her primary caregiver for a workup
as to why she has not experienced lactogenesis II.
Reglan (metoclopramide) is recommended to be tapered off, so I think the
abrupt discontinuation of it could have definitely had a negative impact on
her supply.
