Ladies -

 

I am a non-nurse IBCLC working for a military hospital.  The job
description was re-written and it states that the position is for an RN
IBCLC OR an IBCLC who has recertified at the 5 year mark (or more).  I
am paid the same as an RN IBCLC.  Yes, I am fortunate!
