Dear fellow lactnetters,
 I have a patient I need your input on.  This mom called me yesterday.  She
has a 2 year old that she nursed for about 14 months.  Said she had lots of
problems in the beginning with nursing but then said she had major
overproduction problems the entire time she was nursing.   She is now 8-10
weeks pregnant and is have engorgement with knots in her breast  already
leaking and in a lot of pain.
I suggested cabbage and ice to decrease some of the edema but I don't what
else to suggest.   Any suggestestions?????????
