It's easy,

1 kg is 2.2 lb
2 kg is 4.4 lb
3 kg is 6.6 lb
4 kg is 8.8 lb
5 kg is 11.0 lb

Note that 4 kg is 8.8 (8lb 12oz) not 8lb 8oz. Each 500 grams is 1.1 lb
